• Your order number,
• Photos/videos clearly showing the issue.

Once your claim is verified and approved, we will:

• Guide you through the return process, and
• Offer an exchange of equal value or a credit note redeemable on our website: www.houseofdame.in

All returns and resolutions are subject to our final discretion.
